Pre-release terms

A billing pattern tool, not a legal verdict.

These plain-language terms cover the free validation MVP, the experimental x402 API, and voluntary on-chain support. Formal customer-service terms will be added before audit checkout opens.

What Bincrease does

Bincrease extracts user-reviewable values from commercial waste bills, compares periods, and drafts a factual request for written clarification. You are responsible for checking every extracted value against the original invoice before acting on the result.

What Bincrease does not do

The product does not decide whether a charge is legal, fraudulent, contractually valid, or refundable. It is not legal, accounting, procurement, or waste-management advice and does not communicate with or negotiate with a provider on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Use the analyzer only with records you are permitted to review. Do not use it to process another business's confidential invoices without authorization, interfere with the service, or misrepresent generated findings as an independent audit opinion.

Pre-release availability

The MVP is provided as-is for validation and may change or be withdrawn. Extraction can be incomplete, especially for scans or unfamiliar invoice layouts. Customer audit checkout and recurring monitoring are not enabled in this version, and no savings outcome is promised.

Pay-per-request x402 API

The agent API is an experimental paid service separate from customer audit checkout. Its HTTP 402 response states the price, network, token, and recipient before payment. A successful request buys only the JSON analysis returned for that request; it does not buy negotiation, monitoring, legal review, support, a refund, or a savings outcome.

Submit only structured values you are authorized to process. Invalid handler responses are not intended to settle, but blockchain transfers and successful settlements are generally irreversible. Verify the quoted payment requirements before authorizing them.

Voluntary support

The separate support page publishes a self-custody address for optional native USDC transfers on Base. A transfer is not a purchase and does not create a right to an audit, monitoring, support, refund, ownership interest, tax deduction, or other deliverable. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Verify the network, token contract, and recipient before sending, and transfer only assets you are authorized to use.
